Each order is carefully prepared in our small workshop on the Plateau Mont-Royal.

We take great care with every shipment to ensure your package arrives in the best possible condition.

Estimated delivery time:
- Quebec: 3-8 business days from the order date.
- Other Canadian provinces: 5-12 business days from the order date.
Shipping fees:
- Montreal: $12
- Quebec province: $15
- Canada: $20
Local pick-up: You can also pick up your order for free on the Plateau Mont-Royal. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready, with all the details for pick-up.
Carrier: Packages are shipped via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier, depending on the destination.
Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Shipping non-refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in case of a return or exchange.

We hope every item you receive brings you joy. If something isn’t quite right, here is our policy:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items damaged due to improper packaging during return will not be refunded.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
Sale or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of our error.
